My name is Alexander Orlandea, founder and technical lead of Reality Q UG (haftungsbeschränkt). I am a passionate technology expert and support businesses of all sizes – from sole traders and SMEs to large corporations – on their journey to tailor-made digital solutions.
My journey began with a passion for engineering, CAD and precise simulation. Over many years I have worked across different industries, built extensive experience in software development, product design and process optimisation, and learned how important it is to connect technical possibilities with real business processes. This blend of technical depth and entrepreneurial thinking defines Reality Q to this day.
At Reality Q we develop everything companies need in their digital day-to-day work: network pages and internal platforms, time tracking, CRM and ERP, finance and HR tools, fleet management, product tools, websites, landing pages and individual special projects. I am especially passionate about Unity-based driving simulations, which I design for the racing and defence sectors.
My background in competitive sports taught me early on the value of discipline, endurance and determination – values I bring to every project. I believe in clear processes, transparent communication and software that actually works in practice.
